Plug-in folder for FCS 2
I don't know what I'm doing wrong but when I look in Application support for FCP Studio 2 I don't see a plug-in folder I can copy plugins to. Can anyone let me know where I would find the plug-in folder.

Plugin Location
It's not in your user folder, instead go to your MAC HD, library, app support, final cut system support. There should be a plugin folder in that location.

depends on which plugin folder you're looking for, the main folders are:
for FxScript plugins /Library/Application Support/Final Cut Pro System Support/Plugins/ ~/Library/Preferences/Final Cut Pro User Data/Plugins/ or for FxPlug plugins /Library/Plug-Ins/FxPlug/ ~/Library/Plug-Ins/FxPlug/ |
