Magic Bullet Looks with FCP pan and scan

I've been using Magic Bullet Looks with Final Cut Pro 6 and it works great. But, I am having a problem using it with pan and scan. I shot using a Sony EX1 at 720p but my final video will be at standard SD quality (DV NTSC Anamorphic). I used alot of movement and zooms (pan and scan) to frame some shots better but when I use the Looks vignette it doesn't follow the movement. It only applies the vignette to the original frame (720p). I was wondering if there is a way to have Looks only apply the vignette to the final frame. I am new to both programs and don't know if there is a setting to make this happen.

Thanks!
