Compressor Settings for H.264 .MP4?

Could someone give me an idea on how to create a setting in Compressor that will encode 720p video with the H.264 codec and the .MP4 extension? It seems this extension is more accepted (can be played on PS3s, PCs and Media Streamers) than the .mov extension. I apologize if this is something simple I'm missing, but I've been screwing around with it for quite some time with to avail.
