Rebuilding Video
We have a client that didn't tell us that there was an issue with their dvd until 4 months after they received it so the captured footage has been dumped from our hard drive and the FCP file has been saved on a data disk.
There is a spot in the video that freezes on the bride with a strange look on her face that I didn't catch while editing. I want to make it right for the couple, but my issue is every time I try to open the FCP file it loads about 35% then shuts down the entire program. I just need to re-log the tapes so I can fix that one spot and reburn the dvd for them. Any suggestions? I have never had to do this so any help is appreciated.
