Motion Help at DVinfo.net

How do I convert audio to keyframes in Motion? I tried doing the convert to keyframes option, but it didn't seem to do anything. Basically, what I want to do is make the mouth of a person's picture move as if they were saying what was in the audio file. All help is greatly appreciated.
