How do you scroll thru fonts in FCP 7?????

All i want to do is to be able to scroll thru fonts to see how the look in the "controls" screen without having to click on the drop down and scroll to a font. i just want to scroll thru em with the up or down arrow key, is this possible in FCP cuz so far i haven't been able to do it and clicking on the drop down box and clicking on one will take forever.
really irritating.

Nope, there is no wysiwyg font menu or functionality as you describe in FCP's built-in text generators ... instead identify the font you want to use in your FontBook app or similar.

Best

One of the many, MANY reasons I started doing ALL my onscreen text in LiveType (which if you didn't upgrade from FCP4,5 or 6 you don't have - have fun with Motion!)
