I don't understand, what do you want to add to the video?

Use this: Squared 5 - MPEG Streamclip video converter for Mac and Windows

Make it into whatever format you want.

mpeg

I have created a video from raw footage for a client but now he wants to add a video to the end of what I have already created. It is an mpeg4.

It sounds like the converter is the answer?!?!

MPEG Streamclip is the answer. Does a great job and it's FREE!

Another vote for MPEG-SC. I use it often to get myself out of client (and SELF!) induced binds...
