Conversion of XDCAM EX files
I have some files that were exported from Sony Vegas 9e as XDCAM EX MP4 files which I need to give to someone who will edit them using FCP on a Mac. Will Sony's Log and Transfer Utility for Apple FCP Version 1.00 convert these files? If not, is there another way to convert the files? I don't want to use an approach that reencodes the files; I only want to rewrap them. Reencoding reduces the quality of the files.

rewrap
i think you can rewrap the xdcam ex mp4 if you have clip browser as if your going back to the original s x s card.
