Log & Capture problems at DVinfo.net

Hi, now FCP does not recognize my Canon XH1 camera!

MACOS = 10.5.8
FCP = 6.0.6

I am trying to capture HDV footage from the Canon and FCS will not recognize the device with this pop up: "Unable to Initialize Capture Device" .

I can capture with Quicktime or I Movie but not with FCS.

I have read other threads but I cannot relate them to my specific problem.I trashed the preferences and nothing worked! So I would appreciate your help I

FCP was set using easy setup HDV 1080 p25
Audio/Visual Settings:- Seq Preset = HDV 1080 p25
Capture Preset = HDV
Device Control Preset = HDV Firewire Basic 25 fps

I reseted the camera output, and now is capturing fine!
