Multiple frame rates on the same timeline?
I am in the process of cutting a new reel. And I have a wide variety of frame rates and codecs to deal with. Primarily, I am dealing with 1080/23.98P DVCPROHD, 1080/60i DVCPROHD, and 1080/60i HDV. I'd like to be able to cut these different frame rates and codecs together into a single montage reel in full res. And I know I can throw any of these on a 1080/60i timeline and they will render. But before I spend the time to put them on the same timeline, cut, and then hit render, I'd like to know if there is a better way of doing this. I don't want to wait for my system to render for 10 hours just find that it looks like sh*t and is all stroby or jittery.
Any advice on how best to go about this? |
