Getting sound from a DVD? at DVinfo.net

Hi guy's,

I'm trying to get a sound from a DVD Film i have into FCP. Any idea's how I can do this?

the audio on th edvd is "muxed" (multiplexed) ... you need to demux it before import to FCP.

download and use MPEG Streamclip, a great free app that hansles this with ease

And there's the straightforward way of taking the wires that go from your DVD player to your amplifier, and feeding them into your sound card.
