how to get a 3GPP file in FCP?

Does anybody knows how to get a 3GPP file (video from a mobile phone) into Final Cut Pro?
Thanks Andre

Apple says it's easy - Try QuickTime:

3GPP and 3GPP2 content created on mobile phones can be played back on both Macs and PCs with QuickTime Player. QuickTime users can easily play and manage mobile content sent from video capable handsets on their Mac and Windows computer. Additionally, consumers can create 3GPP and 3GPP2 content using QuickTime-based applications for playback on multimedia enabled phones.

If it won't natively just drop into FCP, which I guess it won't, then you should be able to open it up in Quicktime Pro and convert it (export it) into a Quicktime Movie using a FCP supported codec, like NTSC - DVCPRO (or PAL if that's your gig) and sizing it up to the proper ratio (ie: 720 x 480) - although given the 3GP source is likeley going to be so small and low resolution, your upscaled conversion is likely to look like a bad Van Gogh (horribly pixelated) - but you can then scale it back down on the canvas to embed it into canvas image to make it appear smaller and sharper if necessary.

Hope this helps.
