Never before posted to youTube... at DVinfo.net

I have never posted anything on YouTube, so it's a sort of newbie question...

I shoot with a Sony EX3 at 30p. I have several clips (15 minutes long each, or so) that I need to prepare for a client who wants to post on YouTube (and Facebook).

I edit with Final Cut Studio 2 (meaning, I have Compressor 3). I also have Adobe Production Premium CS 5 and can work with those tools.

What format/settings are recommended for delivering this material to my client? I'll be delivering it on a physical medium (probably data DVDs).
