Picked up a Hunsan x4 a few weeks ago. So glad for the above advice to learn to fly with a cheap one first. I thought "how hard could it be?". Well...pretty hard for me at least. Getting a lot better now. At first it seemed hopeless.
Can't yet get video to work. Makes .avi files but I can't read them with windows or Premiere Pro CC 2014. Any ideas from the more experienced appreciated.

If you can fly a Hubsan then then phantom will be child's play because it's so much more stable.

Can anyone recommend a good 4 stop ND filter for the GoPro that fits one while on the H3-3D? I have a 1 stop that doesn't make enough difference. I added a 3 stop ND sheet on the front and it made quite a lot of difference to the rolling shutter 'shimmer', but I got flare from the sheet. Any suggestions?

How about adding a polarized layer?

Thanks for that suggestion, but a polariser would change effect based on the direction the quad is travelling.
