Careful where you point that drone...
Either the operator had intent to look into apartments, which is clearly grounds for a criminal case, or he wanted shots of the city... A new call to be careful where you fly your drones.

Yes, and if the radio control hobbyist pilot is found to have place a thermonuclear missile on the "drone", then he could also be POSSIBLY facing charges of possession of weapons of mass destruction.
If the "drone" landed in soil that contains the anthrax bacteria and alofts it, then he could be POSSIBLY charged with anthrax possession. More media BS hype.....right up their with other hoaxes like Amazon doing deliveries via drones.
