Bad files on DR-HD100

RELEASE NOTES:

version 2.2.1.04032307:
- Resolved occasional corrupt QT HDV files with non-continuous stream from the GY-HD camera."

I haven't tried it jet, because I'm in production right now, but I've been involved in beta-testing this upgrade, and the beta just works as supposed.
