For-A announce a new high-speed camera with F mount lens (nikon SLR lenses)
FOR-A Global - HD Variable Frame Rate Camera VFC-7000 Specifications : A variable frame rate camera capable of high-speed shooting in HD size. Shooting speed: high-speed filming in full frame (1280 x 720 pixels) at 700 fps. Shooting speed can be varied from 125 fps to 700 fps (1280 x 720 pixels). High-sensitivity CMOS color sensor. Lens mount: F mount. Electronic high-speed shutter: high-speed shutter (as fast as 1/200,000 second) for shooting fast subjects without blur. Recording time: standard 2.3 seconds (full frame), expandable up to about 9 seconds (with maximum memory installed) Recording method: Endless recording with built-in memory, saved video can be linked to an external trigger (start, center or end trigger style can be selected). Video output: equipped with 2 channels of HD-SDI output (720/59.94p). Allows parallel output of live and recorded video. Interface: high-speed transfer of recorded images through gigabit Ethernet. Standard PC control software. Camera head, main body and recording component all in one integrated structure.
