DVCPROHD footage breaking up on time-squeeze

Hey guys, have a quick edit to show you, on which, it looks great on the computer LCD, but, on a broadcast hd monitor, the footage that is sped up looks all interlacy and jaggedy and as if its breaking apart. Whats the best way to retain the speeded up motion look, but with original quality.. Here is the clip i'm talking about Http://www.craterlion.com/roughedit.html

the footage linked will look great on computer LCDs, but not on a broadcast monitor/tv, etc.
