export settings

i'm shooting in HD, editing in premiere pro cs3. what do you export to for blu-ray? i always use the highest quality 30p. 1440 x 1080 i believe. i do not export to H.264...should I? it takes longer....will i see a difference in quality? i always create a disc image from encore cs3 and burn to blu-ray. that's my production flow. was wondering if the H.264 export will work.

also, what are you exporting to for really nice HD video for the web, whether on vimeo or on your website. i need to get a 1-2 minute promo on my site. i have seen people using flash, but what if machines viewing don't have it loaded. anyway, what are your settings, resolutions, for HD video online.

thanks,
Steve
