Quicktime 6.6 coming soon - to include H.264 codec

Hey all you HDV'vers,

I just found this link and wondered if someone could tell me if we'll be able to LumiereHD with the H.264 codec? Is that possible, worth doing considering we have the DVDPRO HD codec working now.

http://forums.appleinsider.com/showt...threadid=45075

I'd like to what we're in for with this latest release coming.

Yes, H.264 will come into play in the Lumiere HD workflow.

At the least, you'll be able to render HD DVDs...maybe more.

We are currently doing some R&D with H.264 and it looks promissing.
