any one know what is the best hardware/ software combo so I can Shoot, Edit, Burn and Project HD.

For HDV editing, the best current option is Canopus Edius NX or SP, or Adobe Premiere Pro with the Cineform Aspect HD plugin. For DVCProHD, try Final Cut Pro HD on a Macintosh G5 system.
