Well, sometimes I'm running renders in the background in both AE and Shake while editing in FCP. I'm thinking it's worth it =)

Yep. Logging tapes right now from the day's weddings. This is my studio space right now. Please note the HV20 deck, 1TB of firewire disk space, borrowed wireless equipment, proudly displayed company branded hat, and box of cheez-its. Sometimes it's hard to edit when the monitor is bigger than a wall in your room, but the product always seems to come out right, so I guess that's what matters. :)

Well said, but I like seeing all these nice setups and studios and guest houses- lets me know where I can be in 5 years or so =)
