Sorry to hear about your woes with the Cobra Crane.

I would have to agree with Dan about Promax; I've never bought their camera hardware but having bought two editing systems from them and received flawless customer service from them (including follow-ups and rectifying issues after the sale), I often recommend them to others. I'll drop a line to them to see if I can get your voice heard.

What a nightmare! If you donate it at least you can write it off. A no return policy and no customer follow up! Man that stinks. Thanks for the heads up about ProMax.
