I can't tell from the photo, but is that camera hanging from a strap? It wouldn't make any sense, but damn, it looks like a strap! I saw a couple of Lo-bar's (not the Jib it version) in use at Arafat's funeral by reporters to get above the heads of the crowd. Wondered who made them. Thanks!

Jib It
James,
It's funny you posted about the Camriser and the Jib It.... Roadrunner makes both of them and the Lo-Bar. We've actually put the Jib It on the back burner for a while. Just a note it's attached to the Lo-Bar by a rigid cable that causes the Lo-Bar to pan when the Jib It is rotated. Another interesting fact.... we've changed the name of the Lo-Bar (for marketing reasons) to "The Shaft". You can probably guess our slogan.... "You've gotta get the Shaft", "Have you been Shafted yet". It's being written up by one of the writers at Videography for the January issue. Danny

Dan,
You are too kind. On occasion we stumble, fall and even roll. But, there's no better way to learn how to rock! eh? Failure is just the first step toward success. (I stole that line from somebody) Danny
