Ahh... I see. I too would like to see how a 24p conversion looks from this camera.

Simon,
the YouTube film has gone and I would have really liked a quick look at it as I'm very interested in getting a more filmic look from video and am fascinated by the comments here, and how you acheived it. any chance of a re post? I realise I'm a bit nehind the times here but I have only just got my HD7 and am getting into it all on a steep learning curve!! Cheers Avey |

Here you go Im pleased to say that we entered into a international (mountain) film festival and it won! £600 ($1200) not bad for our first attempt at a film! S |
Congratulations Simon! I'm impressed that it's your first attempt.
I'm looking to get a DOF adapter and I'm wondering about your setup. How many step-up rings do you have? I can see a 52mm-62mm and a 62mm-72mm. Do you have another one, like a 46mm-52mm? Also, how pleased are you with the brevis? There are a lot of choices. |
Hey Simon,
Very nice indeed. thanks for letting me have a look at that. I love the short depth of field thing, it give so much more scope for creative shots doesn't it? Directing the viewers eye and all that. Brilliant. And well done for winning the competition! £600 is well handy for putting towards the next film. Cheers Avey |
