What's a fair selling price?

My apologies in advance if this is the wrong place to post this question, and I'll understand if the moderators need to move it....

I have a HD100 with an AB kit in "like new" condition, with Only 15hrs on the drum. I have everything that came with it including the box.

How do I price this thing?

I tried ebay for a reference, but there wasn't enough activity to have a clear idea.

LOL. I don't want to ask to much.... And I don't want to be taken to the cleaners either.

Is the low hours a significant issue?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Sam

I saw a used HD110u on B&H today go for $3750. I wanted to snap it up but it was gone after a day and I didn't have time. It only came with stock items though and no AB battery stuff.

I don't know if that helps but thats one recent sale that I am aware of.

Sam,

Sounds like Julian may need a camera : )

I've seen a lot of 100's with idx backs list for right at $3900. The AB back might be worth a couple hundred more. The low hours seem to help, but not a whole lot. I wouldn't list it for less than $3900 plus what you think is fair for the low hours and the AB back end.

No problem. You're seeking advice as to how to price your camera for selling. Seems to me that this is the best place to get some good feedback on that.

If you want to sell it immediately, I'd shoot for $3,500

The idea is that you want to give an incentive to buy used gear. People won't bother if it only costs a few hundred more for a new or factory refurbished one.
