Where To Buy A Piece For Camera

Hi Forum,

I am not sure exactly what to call this piece of the camera but:
*It is L shaped
*It has three tiny screws that go in it
*It connects the eye piece of the camera to the straight piece the eye piece slides back and forth on

My Questions:
1. Does anyone know what to call this piece?
2. Do you know where I can order a new piece?

Thanks,
Sharon

It is part of the viewfinder which is part:
SCM1389-00B

But I don't want to have to buy the whole viewfinder to get this one part. This part has broken on other people's JVC that I know so there must be something that is not perfectly worked out with that.

I just want the one piece that is part of this part. It is very expensive to buy the whole part.

Thanks for the help.

you might try JVC parts/service in aurora illinois.
I don't have access to the phone number right now but when I had my JVCs they took good care of me.
