Battery
Okay, i have orderd the GY-HD101E. I have to by som extra batteries. The one included wont last for long, thats for shoure.
Okay, so here is my question; can I use a battery with higher voltage then the DC 7.2 V Power requirements for the GY-HD101E that the manual say? The reason I am asking is becouse the GY-DV300U uses the Anton Bauer - H50 Digital HyTRON 50, and that is at 14.4 V. I find this strange becouse GY-DV300U and GY-HD101E uses the same standard battery which is at 7.2 V. I now that the best solution would be to by the Anton Bauer that will be made for the GY-HD101E. But I am afraid my wallet is to thin for that at the moment. I was thinking to hook up som other big 3-party battery and just plugg it in to the DC input. Cheers /Mikael from Sweden |
