I sent mine in last Thursday. I should have used overnight. Oops on my part. I mailed mine out the second day I owned the camera.

Call your dealer and JVC rep and have them check status for you. One of them should be able to facilitate the process.

IDX Certificate
Hi Steven,
If you bought the GYHD100 from a participating reseller, then you should have received the IDX certificate at the time of sale, or within a few days. JVC's corporate office sends the certificates out to the participating resellers via FedEx within a day or two of the time they ship the cameras to the reseller. I would suggest you check with your reseller again. Regards, Carl |
