HD101 XLR connectors,

Hi,
Since getting the HD101 I've been concerned that any XLR lead connected to the camera sticks out too much from the side of the body, risking damage or snagging. I'm used to shoulder cams where the XLR's are safely tucked away under the battery. Does anyone have any suggestions to resolve this problem?

You could use right angle XLR connectors. I re-soldered the connector for the camera microphone and it greatly reduces the overall width of the camera as well.
