I know I'm not Keith, but any digital audio recorder should be able to keep sync just fine with any functioning digital video recorder. The HD100 should have no problems playing back a pretty darned stable 24/30/60i frames per second. And that's what counts - a second of real life corresponds to a second of video.
The same goes for audio recorders. Since they are digital, they have pretty stable timing - 44100/48000 (or whatever the rate might be) samples per second, no more, no less. They should sync up with no problem.
If you do have a longer takes (5-10+ mins) you might find that you will slowly drift out a frame or so, but if its a problem, chop out or add a frame of audio wherever the drift is noticeable. Though I didn't notice any drift on the longer takes that we've shot.
Hope this helps.
