Quick question -- who has done this yet and did the process go smoothly?

It went very smooth. Sent it off and had it back in about 4 business days.

I just noticed you've posted another thread where it looks like a new problem has developed upon its return (flickering). Hmmm...not good. Someone else had a problem with the neutral density filters being stuck.

That's one of the things I've been worried about. I'm always cautious about getting something "fixed" and having something new go wrong.

That's a drag. Makes me wonder just "how many" have come back with problems? It sure didn't have that flicker when it left cause I've rechecked all my previous footage and it sure aint there!
