Service menu for burnt pixels at DVinfo.net

Hi
Does anyone know the commands for getting to the service menu to remove burnt pixels?
I have two white burnt pixels that I need to get rid of as soon as possible.

Or, since you're in Los Angeles, it's a fairly quick and easy trip to JVC's Cypress facility where this procedure can be done for you:
