Jvc West Coast Debut Of Hd250 At Birns

Exciting news! JVC will be here next MONDAY evening (10/09) at 6:30pm to debut the HD250 camera. Be the first in California to see this new 60p 3-CCD ProHD CAMCORDER! Doug Mullen and Allcia Reed from JVC will be here to go over the camera and answer any questions you have. Also, they are going to show a doc that was put over to film that was shot with the HD100. We'll have food, drink, and validated parking here at the ArcLight. Give us a call so we can get a good head count.

Tues. Oct. 10th
6:30 to 9pm

Although I could never split now to catch that event, I would still very much like to see everything regarding the new camera. Any chance this could be recorded (video prefered) and uploaded online for those of us who can not attend?

Sorry, we moved to a new modern facility but we are not that modern yet. Just get on a plane and come on out to Hollywood.

Although spending some time in HollowWood ;) might be fun, it not an option.
FedEx me the tape and I'll convert & host the entire thing on one of our streaming servers free. Brand it if you want to, we don't care. I would love to attend but for us $500 airfair might be better spent.

JVC 200 checked ...

One of my partners checked out the JVC 200 over at Yodabashi camera Tokyo the other day. Didn't like the color view finder. It was a quick handle so no more info than that!

Did anyone on this board get a chance to see the HD250? What was it like? How was the 60P on DV tape?
