sync problem exporting hdv 720p25

I am working on a 80 minutes project shot on a JVC GY-HD100.
I like to export a hdv master for best quality projection. When trying print to video some stutter occurs. So i export the whole timeline as a fcp selfcontained quicktime. In this a major sync problem appears.
I did a test on dvd before and no sync problem there.

The screening will be tomorrow!
What can be the problem here?

Are you working Native HDV?
Perhaps you could try creating a new sequence in AIC, for instance and paste the orginal content in there, and then, export it as a self contained quicktime movie... With this you won't lose almost anything in quality terms.
Anyway, before this, be sure that in the export window the setting is ''current settings''.
If this doesn't help, play your project, from within FCP for the screening.

What do you mean by AIC?

right!
But is that the proper way to export to tape in 720p25? AIC is only available in 720p30 in my list of sequence presets...

problem solved

I made a new sequence (same setup) and exported again, this time without the sync problem.
What went wrong the first time: I made a complicated edit in the master track (4 videotracks. 6 audio tracks and lots of cuts and filters). We need to subtitle the project, but i like to have a non- subtitled master aswell. So what i did was creating subtitles in a new track in which i dragged the master track. When exporting this as a self-contained quicktime, the sync problem occurs.
The solution was to create a track for subtitles and drag this in the master track. Somehow FCP isn't able to do it the other way arround.
