focus assist and monitoring at DVinfo.net

Anybody know if there is any way I can get the focus assist function to show on an ext monitor? I have an hd100.

Use the viewfinder(eye piece) multi-pin output. I have no idea what type of adaptor you would need.

why do you want focus assist? It really doesn't work that well in dimly lit scenes. You're better off using an LCD monitor connected to the analog component output to find focus.
