Mack warranty question at DVinfo.net

I purchased a Mack warranty with my jvchd100 camera and had it sent in for a professional cleaning and to fix 2 pixels out. So it has been 3 weeks and still nothing so has anyone had any experience with mack?
Are they reliable and legit? I sent just the body but forgot to take out the sd card.

call them and get on their case and see whats up. they are for real, but sloooow. I don't see why you didn't just run the pixel mask routine, only takes a minute to fix the problem. As for "professional" cleaning, who knows what that means. most likley just putting a cleaning tape thru twice, blow the body off with air, and wiping the body down with a alchol pad or two to make it shiny.
