HM100 and Adobe Premiere workflow

Interested to know about the JVC HM100 with the Adobe Premiere workflow. Read that it works great with FCP but problematic with Windows/Premiere setup. Can the files be edited directly in the timeline without convertion/encoding/digestion?

Works Great

I have CS4. Just shoot in MP4 format, not MOV. It edits very easily directly without any transcoding.
