capture and sequence settings in FCP

Does anybody know what the best settings should be when importing footage from the 700 or 100? Is it Apple Pro res? or XDcam?

The files are actually XDCAM with a QT wrapper but wouldn't it be better to import using Apple pro res?

...just wondering

Use XDCAM EX as sequence-settings, ProRes needs time to render.
