my dsr 11 is about a year old and not too much of work has been put on it. in the latest project i did it was not able to play back some of my videos 3 to be exact that was shot in conecutive order. i cleaned the head using the head cleaning tape and 1st one went through i had to repeat for the process in order to log all 3.
I cleaned the head 3 times for about 8 secs each time!!!
what is the problem?

mine would do that alot when I had to playback different brands of tape. If it's got a serious head-clog you will need to open it up and clean the heads, works better than the cleaning tape.
