Go Pro HD cam and Letus.
Curiosity. - Has anyone tied one of these amazing little action cams behind a Letus? The cameras are very affordable, very small and are used for action sports as helmet cams, dash cams and the like.

That might defeat the purpose of this kind of camera. Seems like GoPro is especially useful only because of its size and durability. If you did attach an external monitor to it and could find a way to mount a letus and somehow found a way to adjust its superwide fixed focus lens to frame and focus on a letus's focusing screen without lots of distortion, im not sure why you would want to since there are a lot of other cameras with better codecs better framerates and better monitoring that would work more easily. GoPro is popular because of its unique ability to be placed where other cameras cannot, otherwise youd probably have an easier time putting a flip HD camera behind a letus, though both would probably do so poorly in anything besides bright day exteriors (not to mention the complete lack of manual controls and options like 24p) that you could easily do better with a used HV20 or something for about the same price.

I am not clued up on this camera. I thought it must have had a little viewscreen on the back. If it is a fixed and non focusable lens system, it will have a very wide field of view and therefore unsuited to a 35mm adaptor.
Ah well, it was just a thought. |
