face blurring
We are in the process of editing video and am wondering just how far the face blurring should go.
If someone is wearing sunglasses would their face still need blurred? The video was shot at a racetrack. We got a location release and most people signed a model release but there are a lot who didn't sign. We want to make sure we CYA on this project :) Thanks.. Sunglasses or not, if you MUST blur, then blur those too.
Most faces are still recognizable even with sunglasses. |
