Capturing with premiere in HDV 24p 30p

I have searched for this and haven't had much luck, I recently acquired an FX1000 and I'm new to HDV and different frame rates, I'm editing in pp cs3 and for the capture settings there are 1080i60(30), 1080p30, 1080p24. Say I record in 30p, with the camera being progressive scan and converting to 60i format on tape I'm not which option to pick (1080i60(30) or 1080p30). Or do I capture every different frame rate in the 1080i60(30). Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
