Graphics card question

I currently have an NVidia GeForce2 MX graphics card. I would like to know the differences between it and the Matrox Parhelia 128MB, the ATI Radeoon 9600 Pro, and the ATI Radeon 9800 Pro.

I am interested in the differences in terms of compatibility with Vegas, differences when editing in Vegas, etc.

As far as i know all should perform similar when using Vegas. However the 9600 Pro and 9800 Pro have dual monitor support so you could have a lot more work space with those ones (don't know if the Parhelia 128mb supports that).

As far as gaming goes: both ATI cards will perform MUCH better then a GF2 MX card.

Cheers,
Huey

Parhelia allows you to have 3 monitors.

Yes, 3 monitors or 2 computer monitors and a TV/broadcast monitor. It's a great card for people using software based NLEs without breakout boxes. You might also want to look at the Matrox G700 series cards which are basically cheaper versions of the Pahelia
