Legal Music?

If I want to produce videos for sale, Instructional and Exibition, how do I get the legal rights to use music?

$$$

This can get really expensive really fast. I looked into it and found it cheaper to have someone compose a instimental version of the song I was wanting to use. For most work I use buy-out royaly free music. Digital Juice has the best deals I have found.
