Component Video in to a PC

I'm looking for an economical (that's a funny word in this community!) way to get Component Video from a Beta SP deck into my PC to edit with Premiere Pro. Currently dubbing from the Beta to a DSR45, then into the PC via 1394. Want to skip the extra steps and wear/tear on the DVCAM deck. Anyone have any suggestions on a PCI card? Ideally it would also send component back out to the Beta deck.

THANKS
