What is the best plugin or program for making moving type? at DVinfo.net

I was wondering what is the best program or AE pluggin for the pc.

What do you need to do? After Effects already has some built-in type effects, including movement.

(EDIT: When you say "AE plug-in," I assume that you already own After Effects...)

Any program with keyframing can move text.
