24p editing options

What are my options of editing programs that support 24p off a dvx100? i think there is an avid that does. does premiere pro do it also? any information would be great.

Insync's Blade, Vegas Video, Avid Xpress Pro, and Final Cut Pro 4 all edit 24P. Apple's Cinema Tools, which is bundled now with Final Cut Pro, also edits 24P. I am unsure whether Adobe Premiere Pro does but there are other workarounds available such as using Adobe After Effects. May want to also look into DVFilm's software here. Finally, here's some information on editing 24P from the LA Final Cut User's Group: Digital Alliteration.

Does that DV software actually work? Is it worth 95 dollars?
