Cutting edge - The Magic of Editing

A couple of months ago, STARZ had a great show called "Cutting Edge - The Magic of Editing". History of editing and interviews with some famous editors from past and present. I thought it was really interesting.

Now I see that it is being shown on TRUE a couple of times today. I did not look further than today, but I urge all of you to look for this show and watch or record it.

Yeah, I saw this when it premiere at the local Rafael Theater during the Mill Valley FF. Very good. I loved the little tidbits with Walter Murch.

I hate it when we don't get such nice shows overhere. Argh!
I have two Walter Murch books, they are great. If anyone ever
finds this for sale on DVD, do let me know!

Yeah, I met the filmmakers after the show, they said a DVD was in the works. (This was last fall though)

It's a great documentary - I posted about it somewhere here a couple of months ago. Anybody who edits anything should watch it.
