Disco Ball Effect
Anyone know of any NLE's or third party plug-in's that have anything like this? I scanned Premiere and Vegas and nothing caught my eye.

I really can't imagine what a disco ball effect would do in post?
It would require some heavy algorithms and processing to mimic the real thing anyway. Such things are better shot practical (ie, on set with a disco ball).

well pixelan spicemaster have a filter called new noise.. i used this quite often.
u can set various colours and even run them through to only show up on alpha so the lights respond to the base image theyre flickering onto.. it literally brightens up the footage whereever the light hits.. literally lookin like spotlights hitting.. you can key the light or just run a preset like "colour miscelaney 2" which is a nice change |
